My practice brings meditation and mindfulness into people’s lives. I help people reconnect with themselves, to step into their power, to release fear and doubt and use therapeutic practices, such as meditation, sound therapy and art, to release stress, anxiety and limiting beliefs.

I help those who feel like they’re running on autopilot and they are stuck in their anxiety, stress, or in the inability to change their lives for the better. I teach my practice and resources so that individuals practice self care and reset their nervous system.

When people begin to reconnect with their bodies and mind, when they become more self aware, and start practicing mindfulness in their lives, true changes take place. My practices rewire the brain, shifting negative thoughts and vibrations into higher positive ones. When the nervous system is regulated and people feel in charge of their emotions and reactions, they can show up in the world as better versions of themselves.  Happier, positive people know that everything is a creation of our thoughts and inner landscape so they can begin to create an outer landscape–the world–into a better place.
