Do you want to bring wellness and mindfulness to your work team? How about setting up wellness packages for your clients?
Whether in the office, spa, health clinic, or non-profit organization, I can help you craft the perfect wellness offering
Current clients are reporting reduced stress, improved focus, balanced emotional well-being, and happy staff and returning customers!
These sessions can be delivered in-person and/or virtually and tailored for small or large groups. Session are themed to provide stress relief, mindfulness, emotional reset, etc.
Offerings include breathwork, visualization, guided meditation and a deeply relaxing sound immersion experience through crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum. and other healing instruments. There is always the option to have a Q&A or integration at the end.

1. ONE-TIME SESSION
- In-Person: $300 | Virtual: $200
2. MONTHLY (1x/MONTH)
- In-Person: $275 | Virtual: $175
3. BIWEEKLY (2x/MONTH)
- In-Person: $250 | Virtual: $150
4. WEEKLY
- In-Person: $225 | Virtual: $125
In-person sessions include a cozy and relaxing set up with aromatherapy (optional), soothing galaxy projector lights, and complementary eye masks.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, but this is optional.
They can also sit down if they’re unable to lie down.
I require an hour set up, and about thirty minutes after session is complete to pack everything up
