Private Sound Healing Session
in this deeply restorative one-on-one in person session, crystal and himalayan singing bowls are placed directly on the body to deliver soothing sound and vibration deep into your muscles, nervous system, and energy field.
Each bowl is tuned to resonate with different parts of your body, gently helping to release tension, support circulation, clear energy blockages, and bring your entire system back into balance.
I’ve studied , certified in, and educated myself on several topics of harmonic resonance, sacred geometry and bowls layout, pitch and frequencies, somatic chakra healing and more, so thatI may bring the most efficient practice for your body, mind , heart and spirit.
You’ll rest fully clothed on a massage table while i intuitively place and play the bowls on key areas such as the back, shoulders, feet, or chest — allowing the vibrations to do their healing work from the inside out.
This session is perfect for:
